GENERAL
Yes, COD is available for all orders below INR 5000 on all Serviceable products.
The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the Metropolitan and tier 1 cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at support@formersaints.com

Please note return request needs to placed within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.
In addition, all return products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with orignal packaging and tags
when we receive them. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.
We do not charge any additional handling fee for return.
You will get a conformation of the placed order on your registered email id and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it’s dispatched from our warehouse.
In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 days, you can write to support@formersaints.com. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.
We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all orders.
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside india. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world. As long as the shipping address is within india.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUNDS
To make a cancellation, please log into your account and book the cancellation of the requested order from the return and cancellation tab.
In case of returns/exchanges, visit the returns/exchange section on the website or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packaging (with tags) and hand over the product to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making the payment. Please note that no handling fees are charged for the return. In addition, free products received during any promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however in case you receive a damaged/ defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you mail us a photograph of the damaged/defective product to support@formersaints.com In case you fail to intimate about the same, the return might not be processed.
We try our best to deliver the right products within the time, however in a few rare cases if you receive a different/ wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.
Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
For return/exchange, the reverse pick-up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the qc, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. Boxers, socks, perfumes and face masks cannot be returned keeping hygiene in consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/ offers are not eligible for returns/ exchanges.
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our wear house after the reverse pickup is done, after which it understood goes QC. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to bank account.
In case of orders placed with a discount are returned, the discount will be waived off and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment in the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not please get in touch with your respective bank.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to your bank account.
Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the qc, a coupon code worth the order value will be generated and sent to the registered Email and WhatsApp numbers can be used under 30 days from the issuance of coupon code.

PAYMENTS
In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at support@formersaints.com. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest
